8.1 Bet Acceptance. Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, iMenang88 reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit the account balance where the breach involved bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct. Where account closure is initiated by iMenang88 for non-breach reasons, the remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
11.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may close their account at any time by contacting iMenang88 customer support. Pending withdrawals will be processed to completion before the account is closed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iMenang88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
